Should possess good administrative / leadership skills & motivational skills
Able to manage the business in accordance with business ethics guidelines of the organization
Repair phones within the timeline of the defined process and ensure the highest repair quality standards
Coordinate with the front desk to resolve the customer complaints
Keeping update with all technical documentation, Service Manuals and Bulletins to perform the repairs accurately.
