Purchasing & Planning Manager in Jeddah
Supervise: Purchase Specialist
Reports to: Supply Chain Director
- Plans, directs, coordinates the purchasing and distribution of supplies in accordance with company goals and objectives.
- Oversees the analysis of product demand, trends, forecasts and the adjustment to inventory plans. Monitors stock control records and information such
as consumption rate, characteristics of items in storage, current market conditions and stock replenishment
- Oversees communication with suppliers to maintain supply and respond to shortages for current or past due orders
- Reviews, prepares and issues purchase orders and change notices. Compiles and analyzes statistical data to determine feasibility of buying products
And establish price objectives.
- Compiles information from periodicals, catalogs and other sources to keep informed on price trends.
- Analyzes market and delivery conditions to determine present and future material availability and prepares market analysis reports.
- Reviews proposals, negotiates prices, selects or recommends suppliers, analyzes trends and reviews purchase order claims and contracts with
conformance to company policy.
Introduce new products according to market analysis and feasibility studies.

Qualifications
MBA
BS in Business Administration or Equivalent
